Want to know more about the Black businessman, food entrepreneur & family in Buffalo NY who created, sold and marketed the first batch of BUFFALO CHICKEN WINGS ?!… AND how he & his fam all but got erased from history — whereas a white (Italian-American) restauranteur loved the concept & ran with the idea (& is said to have added the carrots, celery sticks + blue cheese) and ended up getting ALL the credit for the whole concept?… Even though for most of the decades prior to that chicken wings were predominantly seen as “throw away” parts and in the more Eurocentric culinary contexts, and if they were good for anything that would be for making chicken stock…
