Fried Chicken and Champagne (almost any sparkling wine in fact) is a near perfect food pairing. As for the Popeye’s CHICKEN franchise, well there’s a whole lot i have ta say about THAT. The topic of Fried chicken alone is one of the most jam-packed and powerful portals to this world of work that i do and why i do it. And the combo of this particular food item itself coupled with the reality of corporate entities who’ve profited from it in ways that this dish’s originators never could have is fully loaded topic indeed.
