Throughout the Americas in fact, especially #cornmeal encrusted fried fish throughout the #AmericanSouth and all along the #Easternseaboard … as well as throughout the #Caribbean islands… Communal cooking of fish is also a very important #NativeAmerican #culinary #tradition...
