On February 2nd 1897 Alfred Cralle patented the “ice cream mold and disher” (aka ice cream scooper) …

As you can see/hear Mr. Alfred Cralle (b. 1866 – d. 1919) who in 1897 created and patented the Ice cream mold and disher” (aka ice cream scooper) makes a cameo appearance. His invention was and still is the prototype for ice cream scoopers used nationwide and around the world today...
