For National Cherry Dessert Day :
On the eve of Memorial Day and the start of June of I can’t think of a better cherry-based dessert to feature for this day than Cherries Jubilee — which I’d researched and written about as one of 24 recipes I curated for a Food.Com Junetheenth feature — which you’ll hear more about next month naturally. Behold these beauty shots of VEGAN blueberry cheesecake from an absolutely AMAZING meal had with new friends at RAS Plant RAS Plant Based (Ethiopian, African) in Brooklyn last July… omg YUM!… I’ll have to find another food holiday reason to tell ya’ll all about all the OTHER awesome dishes we ordered for the main part of the meal + post those pics. Their food is not only delicious and healthy but also an aesthetic feast for your eyes. But if ya just cain’t wait til that undetermined future post, then I suggest you become a PATREON supporter (no level is too small!) where you get to ask me all kinda culinary questions that i’ll respond to !
