b/c there wasn’t any particular food item of interest to me that fell on July 8th I decided to used this page to showcase the critical importance of raising awareness about the harsh reality of the global chocolate industry….

Chocolate originated in ancient Mesoamerica (present day Mexico). Today most of it is cultivated & harvested in W. Africa…

Is anyone else aware of this data in my infographic? I (who am obsessed with info like this) just learned of this relatively recently. Would love to hear from whoever else has any scoop or intel on this...[comments are enabled]
