Beats, Wines, & Life” Celebrating Black Music Month Immersively in Brooklyn…

Good Wine is switching it up for this month's wine class: “Beats, Wines, & Life” which celebrates the techniques, creativity and sense of place (aka “terroir” as we say in wine world ;) of winemakers & the wines they make all over the world along with hip hop producers and the music they create that profoundly impacts the world. Right on time for Black Music Month! Trust, you will want to partake in this active tasting of geographically diverse wines with wonderfully soulful foods and an immersive music listening experience.  Come out for a fun, delicious way to try new wines from a fresh perspective — each flight paired with delectable ‘bites’ prepared by Good Wine shop owner & classically trained CHEF, Heather Johnston. This class will take place directly across the street from Good Wine (GW) at the The Old Stone House (OSH) of Brooklyn (in the upstairs ‘great room’ for acoustic purposes) and will be led by assistant wine buyer, music writer and MC, AK Brunson — who happens to be one of my fave wine co-workers ever — and i been working in wine for a while now ya’ll — two decades and counting!… READ MORE ‘ in my latest BLOG POST under ‘Wine, Wisdom’, etc. …

WHAT: Explore six wines with delicious food pairings. Let Chef HJ at GW know if you’re gluten-free (like me!), vegan (like my sister!…) or vegetarian (like a lot of folks these days)….
